What is your return policy?
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for shipping problems resulting in damaged or lost prints. I always ship with insurance when available, so if your print is lost or damaged in shipping, you have the option of filing a claim with your post office. Please note that most international orders cannot be insured against damage or loss. I am happy to replace your damaged or lost print(s) at cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal and Google Checkout payment options. I do not accept checks, money orders, or other forms of payment at this time.

What equipment do you use?
I truly believe that the equipment is not nearly as important as the photographer's eye and skill. For the tech geeks in the house, I use a Pentax *ist D digital SLR and Pentax K1000 SLR, combined with a few different lenses and a basic light kit.

Where can I see more of your work?
My portfolio is located at http://www.sixhours.net, and you can read my blog at http://blog.sixhours.net.

Do you print your own photographs, or outsource?
I currently outsource my prints to an excellent professional printing company. This enables me to offer prints in a wider variety of sizes, including large-format poster prints.

What papers are your photographs printed on?
Kodak Professional Supra Endura archival paper. This is a thick photographic paper that lasts up to 100 years without fading in typical home display conditions.

When will my order arrive?
Most prints are purchased on an individual basis after orders are taken, so please allow up to 14 business days for shipping within the U.S., and possibly more for international orders. Prints generally ship from my location (Maine, USA) within 1 week from the purchase date (the day I receive payment for your order).

I want a different print size - can you do that?
If you're interested in a particular photo but the size you'd like isn't listed, please don't hesitate to contact me at calobee@gmail.com and I will do my best to help!

What do you offer for shipping?
All prints mailed within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and insurance.
